New owners, Frank Burger Sr. and Tamara Paulino...

Frank Burger is a resident of Spokane Washington State, he is a realtor with Tomlinson Black North, for a numerous years now. Frank is also a board member for the Spokane Association of Realtor's. He is also, an Active member for education. Frank has four children, ten grandchildren, and great grandchild on the way.

 Tamara Paulino, a resident of Spokane Washington State, she has been apart of the restaurant industry, for over twenty years, the last twelve years at Swinging Doors, in Spokane. Tamara has a great passion for the industry. She is also a talented photographer, weddings and senior portraits are her favorite, this is a great plus when owning a beautiful restaurant, that caters and has weddings on the grounds. Tamara has six children, and three grandchildren.

 There is a great history about Commellini's. Frank has named the lounge the "Speak Easy" after an old Italian saying, with a long history behind it.
